Shri Santosh Choubey is a renowned social entrepreneur, educational visionary, and literary luminary. As the founder of AISECT (1985), he has spearheaded an extraordinary network of over 23,000+ skill & service centres across 28 states and 4 Union Territories, empowering rural and semi-urban India through education, vocational training, digital literacy, and e-governance.

He currently serves as Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, and Dr. C.V. Raman University, with additional roles at AISECT University and partner institutions. Under his leadership, AISECT has set new benchmarks in skill development, financial inclusion, women’s empowerment programs, and ICT-based rural transformation.

Shri Santosh Choubey is a renowned social entrepreneur, educational visionary, and literary luminary, whose transformative contributions span across education, skill development, and Indian literature. As the founder of AISECT (established in 1985), he has built one of the largest networks of over 23,000+ skill and service centres, reaching the remotest corners of 28 states and 4 Union Territories, playing a pivotal role in empowering rural and semi-urban populations through education, vocational training, digital literacy, e-governance, and financial inclusion. Currently serving as the Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, and Dr. C.V. Raman University, he continues to lead initiatives that foster knowledge, employability, and entrepreneurship. Beyond education, Dr. Choubey is an acclaimed Hindi poet and author, with celebrated novels, story collections, poetry compilations, and translations to his name. As the founder of vibrant literary movements like Vishwarang, Vanmali Awards, and Kavitaratna, he has significantly enriched India’s cultural and literary landscape, nurturing creative expression across generations. His visionary leadership remains a beacon of inspiration for social transformation through knowledge, culture, and innovation.

Scholarships & Awards include the Senior Ashoka Fellowship, Indian Innovation Award, NASSCOM IT Innovation Award, Schwab Foundation Prize, and Maghadh Sahitya Award.

Literary Honors feature the Dushyant Kumar Award, Valley of Words Award, and Vatayan International Shikhar Samman.

As an educationist and social leader, he was a finalist for Social Entrepreneur of the Year and received the National e-Governance Award.
